Each garment we offer is handcrafted to order with precision and care, embodying timeless design and conscious luxury. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this Website, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Exchange Policy.

1. Eligibility

Use of this Website is permitted only to individuals who are:

  • Accessing the site under parental/guardian supervision, and

  • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law

2. Product Information & Customization

All garments featured on our Website are made-to-order couture pieces. Slight variations in colour, embroidery, or craftsmanship are inherent to the artisanal nature of our work and do not qualify as defects.

Customisations may be offered after order confirmation, subject to feasibility and additional charges.

3. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and follow-up confirmation by our team (within 24–48 hours).

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified beyond 24 hours.

  • Standard production time is 8–10 business days, followed by shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable domestic taxes and shipping.

  • We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Label Neha Bhaskar reserves the right to modify pricing or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship only within India using trusted courier partners.

  • Total delivery timeline ranges from 15-20 business days, depending on garment complexity and location.

  • Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your registered email.

  • Delivery delays due to courier issues, holidays, or natural disruptions do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

6. Refund & Exchange

Label Neha Bhaskar follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • An unboxing video is provided showing the sealed package being opened clearly and continuously

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@labelnehabhaskar.com

Garments must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact. Exchange approval is subject to internal quality checks.
