Refund policy

At Label Neha Bhaskar, each piece is a testament to intentional design, slow fashion, and handcrafted precision. As a made-to-order couture label, every garment is created exclusively for you, which means we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.

However, should you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with an exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange requests only in the case of:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • A product received in damaged condition

  • A style or size different from what was originally ordered

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be submitted showing the parcel being opened from start to finish

  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoice intact

The unboxing video is essential to help us verify the issue. Requests without it will not be considered.

Non-Exchangeable Orders

We will not be able to process exchanges in the following cases:

  • If the exchange request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • If the unboxing video is missing, incomplete, or edited

  • If the garment has been worn, used, or altered

  • For minor irregularities in colour, embroidery, or surface texture, which are part of the artisanal and handmade nature of couture garments

  • If incorrect sizing information or measurements were provided by the customer

  • For all customised or made-to-measure orders, unless the error is from our end

Exchange Process

  1. Raise a Request
     Email us at support@labelnehabhaskar.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief explanation of the issue

    • The unboxing video attached as evidence

  2. Review & Approval
    Our team will assess the request and respond within 2–3 business days with the outcome.

  3. Return Logistics

    • For serviceable areas, we will arrange a reverse pickup

    • If pickup is not available, you may be asked to courier the item back to us. Upon receiving valid courier proof, reimbursement will be processed

  4. Dispatch of Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect the returned garment, your exchange item will be dispatched as per availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Please Note

  • Exchanges are offered only once per order

  • We do not offer refunds in any scenario, as all garments are handcrafted and made to order

  • The final decision on all exchange requests rests solely with Label Neha Bhaskar after internal quality checks
