Yes, every piece at Label Neha Bhaskar is handcrafted to order, preserving individuality and artisanal craftsmanship.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Your order will be shipped within 15 to 20 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the complexity of the design and your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is in the works, stay connected with us for future updates.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of placement. After this window, we begin production and are unable to make changes.
Are returns or refunds allowed?
We do not offer returns or refunds, as each piece is custom-made. We encourage you to review all details carefully before placing your order.
When am I eligible for an exchange?
Exchanges are accepted only if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. A complete unboxing video is mandatory, and the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
What is a valid unboxing video?
The video must show the package being opened clearly from start to finish without interruption or edits. This helps us verify any concerns.
What if my area isn’t serviceable for pickup?
If reverse pickup isn’t available, you may be asked to ship the product back. Valid courier proof will be required for reimbursement of shipping costs.
Are color or embroidery variations considered defects?
Minor variations in color, embroidery, or texture are natural to handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No, we accept prepaid orders only. Payments can be made securely via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link. If not received within 15-20 days of ordering, please contact our support team.
