Order Processing & Production

All products listed on our website are made-to-order couture garments.

Upon placing an order, our team will get in touch within 24–48 hours to confirm your order details and to offer optional customisation services (additional charges apply).

Production begins only after order confirmation. Please ensure all details provided at checkout are accurate.

Standard production time is between 8 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the garment and the customization involved.

Orders once placed cannot be modified beyond 48 hours.
Domestic Shipping (India Only)

We currently ship only within India.

Shipping charges are included in the product price. No additional shipping fee will be added at checkout.

We work with reliable courier partners across India to ensure timely and safe delivery. Courier partner selection may vary based on your location.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your pincode and service availability.

The total delivery timeline (production + shipping) ranges between 6 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, high-volume seasons, or due to unforeseen courier/logistics issues.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer COD for any purchases.

All orders must be prepaid via available payment methods at checkout (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link and courier details.

This link can be used to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

If you do not receive a tracking link within 12 - 15 business days of order placement, please contact our support team via email or the "Contact Us" page.
Shipping Delays & Support

While we take every measure to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, or natural circumstances.

Exchange Shipping

Exchange requests must be raised strictly in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, a complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage or defect.
Once your exchange request is approved by our team:

Label Neha Bhaskar will arrange for a reverse pickup in serviceable locations.
In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to courier the garment back to us. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable shipping charges upon receiving valid courier proof and invoice.

Please ensure the garment is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and invoice intact.
We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
International Orders

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
